75 Trewent Park is located towards the upper end of the park and has views to Freshwater East village and the beach. This unit has new double glazing and a newly installed kitchen which includes an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, etc. It is in good decorative order and well equipped throughout. On the ground floor is a 3 seater settee, 2 armchairs, TV, video, stereo and dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, basin, bath and electric shower. There is a double bed in one bedroom, while the other bedroom has a full size and height metal bunk bed. There is room for a 2ft wide chairbed which is supplied without bedding. There is space for a travel cot in either room. Duvets and pillows are provided for 4 people. There is an electric fire in the lounge area and a fan heater in the bathroom.
