83 Trewent Park is located at the upper end of the park overlooking the wooded valley. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, including a fridge, microwave, oven and hob. There is a three seater settee, two easy chairs, a colour TV, video, stereo, dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, basin and bath including an electric shower. In one bedroom is a double bed, while the other has a full size and height metal bunk bed, with room for a chairbed which is supplied without bedding. There is space for a travel cot in either room. Duvets and pillows are provided for 4 people. There is a coal-effect fire in the lounge area, panel heaters in the bedrooms and a fan heater in the bathroom.
