This well-equipped and well-maintained property is located on the edge of the Trewent Park holiday site in a quiet area. It is not overlooked from the rear and has the advantage of a parking space outside the front door. The fully double-glazed rear wall allows access to a small paved area which is open to the sun all afternoon. Behind lies a mown grass area and behind that a copse. The lounge, which contains a double sofa-bed, has a fitted kitchenette with microwave, hob, fridge and small portable oven.

Upstairs, the rear bedroom has one pine bunk bed, while the front bedroom has two single beds which can be moved together. The fully-tiled bathroom has both bath and shower.

Although the property will sleep a maximum of six, facilities are more suitable for four with perhaps one additional child.
