The houses are positioned on the end of terraces of three or more units.

There is a designated parking space for each chalet. The two storey holiday chalets are built of double-width block walls to each side with double glazing and panelling to the front and rear.

A [access data] On the ground floor is a kitchen/lounge/dining area (20' x12'),with stairs (29" wide, with a right angled turn at the bottom) leading to bedroom 1 (9' x 9'), bedroom 2 (11' x 7') and the bathroom (7' x 4'5" - floor width 2').

Each house has an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, standard kitchen equipment, etc. On the ground floor is a 3 seater settee, armchair, TV, video recorder, dvd player, stereo and dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, basin, and bath with electric shower over. There is an electric fire in the lounge area, panel heaters in the bedrooms and a fan heater in the bathroom. There is space for a travel cot in one of the bedrooms. See each chalet description below for bedroom layout. Duvets and pillows are provided for 4 people. Bed linen (duvet covers, sheets, p/cases.) can be supplied at an extra cost, subject to availability.

A travel cot with a fitted mattress (but excluding bedding/linen) and a booster seat may be provided free of charge, depending on availability. Please ask for details.

House No. 83 - 1 double bed, 1 full size metal bunk bed and a soft chairbed 2ft wide - ideal for a small child. Travel cot space in both bedrooms.

83 Trewent Park is located towards the upper end of the park overlooking the wooded valley.

A A set of 6 steps leads directly from the pavement to the front doorway (2'3" wide).
