ABOUT US
We are Nick and Pauline Teague and are private owners of holiday chalet type houses on Trewent Park. We live locally in Milford Haven, a 20 minute drive from Freshwater East, and deal personally with all aspects of the holiday lets, including cleaning and maintenance. We can accept last minute bookings and short breaks of 3 days or more, starting on any day of the week, except in the school summer holidays.

You will find below details of the holiday lettings, booking conditions, etc. The accommodation page (see link below) describes the houses in more detail and leads you on to the calendars, price-check and booking pages.
For each of the holiday houses electricity for heating, cooking, washing,etc. is included in the price.
The price of a holiday is for accommodation only. The Amenity Centre, called The Longhouse, a separate venture at the entrance to the park, is open to the general public.There are no entrance charges to the bar/restaurant areas.
Duvets & pillows are provided. Bed linen can be supplied at an extra charge, subject to availability.
Normally the accommodation will be ready for occupation between 1pm and 4pm on the day of arrival. Closer to the starting date it may be possible to arrange an earlier time. During busy periods each house should be vacated at 10.00am - to allow for cleaning etc., but departure time may be delayed where circumstances allow and a later time has been agreed beforehand.
Key collection is dealt with by us, and specific arrangements are made with incoming guests, depending on arrival time, etc.
During the main school summer holidays in July and August bookings are restricted to 7 days (14 etc) and start on a Saturday. See the calendar page for further details.
**Pets are not allowed in the holiday houses. No dogs are permitted anywhere in the section of the park that lies behind the Longhouse amenity centre.

Below is a copy of the conditions that you will see on the booking page if you decide to book a holiday online.
"A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the holiday is required to secure the
booking. This should be sent within 5 working days - the dates of the booking will otherwise be made available. At least half the balance should be paid one month before the start of the holiday. The rest can be paid on
arrival.(For late bookings, deposits of 50% of the full price, in lieu of full payments, will be accepted.) We can only take bookings and payments from persons over 18. In the event of a cancellation any balance that has been paid will be refunded. A proportion of the deposit may be retained to cover any costs
incurred, this amount being minimised if the holiday dates were to be re-let. For
this reason the earliest possible notification of a cancellation is desirable.
Please note, if you book online, that the dates you have selected are automatically reserved but bookings are still subject to confirmation by an e-mail which we will send as soon as possible.

Payment can be made by cheque or postal order - or online by credit/debit card via PayPal, a secure card payment system with no charges or compulsory registration. |
You can choose the type of payment at the time of booking.
Any outstanding balance, agreed to be settled on arrival, can be paid by cash."
