THE HOLIDAY HOUSES

The three holiday houses are each situated at the end of terraces made up of three or more units, within Trewent Park. There is a designated parking space for each unit. The two storey holiday houses are built of double-width block walls to each side with double glazing and panelling to the front and rear. On the ground floor is a kitchen/lounge/dining area with stairs leading to two bedrooms and a bathroom.

General Information

For all the holiday houses electricity for heating, cooking, washing,etc. is included in the price.The price of a holiday is for accommodation only. The Amenity Centre, a separate venture at the entrance to the park, is open to the general public and there are no entrance charges to the bar/restaurant areas.

Duvets & pillows are provided. Bed linen (duvet covers, sheets, p/cases.) can be supplied at an extra cost, subject to availability. Also a travel cot with a fitted mattress (but excluding bedding/linen) and a booster seat may be provided free of charge, depending on availability. Please ask for details. Each holiday house has a 2ft wide chairbed for an extra person,(bedding not supplied).

Normally the accommodation will be ready for occupation between 2pm and 4pm on the day of arrival. Closer to the starting date it may be possible to arrange an earlier time. During busy periods the house should be vacated at 10.00am - to allow for cleaning etc.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the holiday houses. In fact, no dogs are permitted within the park area.

About us

We are Nick and Pauline Teague and own the three holiday houses. We live locally in Milford Haven, about a 20 minute drive from Freshwater East, and deal personally with all aspects of the lettings. We can accept last minute bookings and short breaks of 3 days or more, starting on any day of the week, except in the school summer holidays.
