A stretch of the national cycle trail between Tenby and Pembroke passes through Lamphey, one and a half miles from Freshwater East. Sustrans is the organisation which coordinates cycle trail development throughout the country. |

The National Trust is responsible for maintaining the coastal stretch just to the south of Trewent Park called Trewent Point. They also look after the Stackpole Estate, a couple of miles along the coast, which includes beaches, paths, lakes, woods and reserves. |
