A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the holiday is required to secure
the booking, up to a maximum deposit of £100.This should be sent within
4 working days. At least half the balance should be paid one month before the
start of the holiday. The rest can be paid on arrival.(For late bookings, deposits
of 50% of the full price, in lieu of full payments, will be accepted.) We can
only take bookings and payments from persons over 18. In the event of a cancellation
any balance that has been paid will be refunded. A proportion of the deposit
may be retained to cover any costs incurred, this amount being minimised if
the holiday dates were to be re-let. For this reason the earliest possible notification
of a cancellation is desirable.
Please note, if you book online, that the dates you have selected are automatically
reserved but bookings are still subject to confirmation by an e-mail which we
will send as soon as possible. This will also give details of the payment, which
can be made by cheque or postal order - or by card [see below].
If you have a U.K. debit or credit card, and an e-mail address, you can pay
online using NOCHEX. You can send up to £100 (booking
deposits are £100 or less). There is no sign-up needed and there's no
charge to you.. Use the tick box below to select this option if you book online
or ask to pay this way if you contact us directly. Once we have received your
booking we will send a response & request e-mail, which confirms the booking
and states the amount to pay. You will be able to link to a secure page where
you can fill in the details.
Any outstanding balance, agreed to be settled on arrival, can be paid by cash.
